Motor racing: Former Ferrari chief designer Tombazis joins FIA

LONDON (Reuters) - Former Ferrari chief designer Nikolas Tombazis has joined Formula One's governing body, the International Automobile Federation (FIA), to work with teams on future technical regulations.
