Cycling: Cavendish ruled out of Commonwealth Games

LONDON (Reuters) - Mark Cavendish has pulled out of the Commonwealth Games to recover from injuries he sustained in a horrific crash at last week's Milan-San Remo race, his team announced on Friday.
