Hamilton and Vettel collide in Mexican GP start

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Sebastian Vettel's hopes of denying Lewis Hamilton a fourth Formula One world championship suffered a huge blow on Sunday when the title rivals collided at the start of the Mexican Grand Prix and dropped to the back of the field.
