Soccer: Italian FA boss wants history to count in World Cup qualifiers

MILAN (Reuters) - Italy's football boss Carlo Tavecchio said their past record should be taken into consideration during World Cup qualifying and it was wrong that teams such as the four-times world champions should risk missing out on the tournament.
