Kvitova pulls out of Eastbourne tournament

EASTBOURNE, England (Reuters) - Double Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova has withdrawn from the Aegon International tournament at Eastbourne with an abdominal strain, tournament organizers said on Monday.
