Australian Porte pips Yates to victory in Tour of Romandie

LAUSANNE, Switzerland (Reuters) - Australian Richie Porte snatched overall victory in the Tour of Romandie from overnight leader Simon Yates on Sunday after out-performing the Briton in the final time-trial stage.
